Returns For Refunds

TailgaterZone.com wants and expects you to be happy with every purchase that you make. Because we carry unique tailgating products that you can't find at your local department store or mall, we understand that for most, you are purchasing an item from us without getting to see it first. From just looking at a photograph and/or from reading a product's description we understand that sometimes, when the item arrives it is not at all like what you were thinking and you want to return it. We understand, that's ok, we'll take it back. To assist you with your return we have developed the following policy that outlines the steps you need to take for returning a product to TailgaterZone.com. We DO NOT accept returns on used products. This means the product must be in the same condition as received in, brand new and having never been used in any manner.

To maintain our records, we do require you to first contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can only get a return authorization by contacting us using our customer service contact form. To maintain an orderly return process we must unfortunately refuse all returns that are not pre-authorized by having a Return Authorization Number.

Please include the following in your email request so we can schedule the return:
1 - Your Name
2 - Name of person that originally ordered the item you are returning (if different).
3 - Street Address (no PO Boxes)
4 - City, State Zip Code
5 - Reason for the return:
6 - Date of Purchase (if known):
7 - Sales Receipt Number (if known):

Once this information is received our customer service department will respond with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When returning items, we highly recommend that you insure your return parcel. TailgaterZone.com is not responsible for items lost during the return process.

Re-stocking Fee: TailgaterZone.com charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all returns.

Although we offer free shipping on some items, returns will not include our cost of shipping the item. Our cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.

Sorry, absolutely no returns are accepted after 30 days.

Product Exchanges Due to Damage or Defects.

TailgaterZone.com's policy on product exchanges is designed to protect you against any manufacturer defects or damage during shipping. If your purchase arrives defective, damaged or missing any of its contents please contact us for a replacement using our customer service contact form or by calling (800) 861-8823. Most times a replacement can be sent out the very same day and you WILL NOT have to pay an additional shipping fee. You will also receive a return authorization for returning the defective or damaged item to us and we will send UPS or FedEx to pick it up.

Order Cancellations Before or After An Item Ships

Cancellation of your order before your item has been shipped is free of charge and will result in a full refund of the amount paid. In the event that the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, the cancellation will be treated like a return. Please refer to the Return For Refunds section of this page. In order to cancel your order before it is shipped please contact a Customer Service Agent as-soon-as possible by phoning (800) 861-8823 before 5 PM PST on the same day you place your order.

Warranty Information
Lifetime Manufacturers Limited Warranty

Many of TailgaterZone.com's products are covered by LIFETIME Manufacture Warranties. Lifetime Warranty products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. These warranties apply when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect. To use your warranty you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Be sure to save all instructional information that you receive with your product and follow the warranty directions as that information dictates.
