TailgaterZone.com Shipping Policy & Shipping Information

TailgaterZone.com's had designed it's shipping policy to be fair to everyone! The are NO surprises when you place your order! No "hidden charges and no extra "handling" charges and no extra cost added to your shipping cost.

Free Shipping

Most orders over $150 qualify for our FREE GROUND SHIPPING! Orders must be for delivery in the continental United States (lower 48). Orders under $150 are charged a low $8.99 flat rate per item for shipping.

Not All Items Qualify For Free Shipping

Some items are just too heavy or large to economically ship. These items will have a shipping surcharge. The amount of the surcharge varies but is clearly displayed on the individual product pages. The surcharge cost and your acknowledgement of the surcharge is required when you add an item to your shopping cart.

Orders will normally ship from the warehouse in 1 to 3 days. However, some products can take 3 to 5 days to ship at times. Once the item ships it will take an additional 1 - 5 days to arrive, depending on where you live. Each of our products have shipping information that shows you a segmented map with estimated delivery times by State.


Here are a few additional questions that may benefit you regarding our shipping policy.

Q: Can you ship to a different address?
A: Yes, When placing your order you are given the opportunity to ship to a different address. TailgaterZone.com's website is also set-up to handle multiple ship to addresses. At checkout simply fill in the addresses where you want an item shipped. Our system will even store these addresses for you making it easy to send those on your list gifts at a later time. If you have a list of addresses and require assistance, we will be happy to assist you in placing the order. Just give us a call at 1-800-409-0287.

Q: Can you ship to a Canada?
A: Yes. Please use our International Shipping Agent, Bongo International.

Q: Can you ship to a Alaska?
A: Yes but shipping charges are calculated seperately.

Q: Can you ship to a Puerto Rico?
A: Yes but shipping charges are calculated seperately.

Q: Can you ship to a Hawaii?
A: Yes but shipping charges are calculated seperately.

Q: Can you ship to a Military APO's?
A: In most instances. If for some reason we can't we will notify you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Please use our International Shipping Agent, Bongo International.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your item(s) are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track your item by clicking on the URL enclosed in the email which will log you onto our website. Then simply check your "Order Status".

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: No. In most instances we use UPS and they require a street address.
