Q: Can I modify my order once it's placed?
A: That depends. If your order has not already shipped then it can be modified. Please call: (800) 409-0287 and give the customer service representative your information. We will then contact our warehouse to see if your item(s) have shipped. If they have not then we will be happy to modify your order.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Yes we do. As a business we want our customers to be pleased with everything purchased from us and to that end we offer this guarantee:

TailgaterZone.com wants and expects you to be happy with every purchase that you make. Because we carry unique products that you probably can't find at your local department store or mall, we understand that for most, you are purchasing an item from us without getting to see it first. From just looking at a photograph and/or from reading a product's description we understand that sometimes, when the item arrives it is not at all like what you were thinking and you want to return it. We understand, that's ok, we'll take it back.

If, within the first 30 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied with your order then return it for full refund. Item must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We're sorry but shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Sorry, no returns are accepted after 30 days.


Q: How can I find out about new products and specials?
A: Sign up for our newsletter which is sent out every few weeks. We highlight products and have awesome sales just for our newsletter readers!

A: Your order history is displayed when you log into your account.

Q: What if I don't remember my username and/or password?
A: Go to the Login section of TailgaterZone.com and click on “Forgot Your Password?” which will prompt you for your e-mail address and it will automatically be sent to you.

Q: What is your product substitution policy?
A: If this does happen then the first thing we will do is contact you with alternatives. If an item is out of stock we will offer you a replacement of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

Q: How can I order spare/replacement parts?
A: Contact our customer service and we will be happy to help.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Can I include a gift card?
A: While we can't include a gift card you can leave a gift message that we are happy to include with your gift. Just enter your message during check out in the "gift Message" box provided. We'll include in on the packaging slip.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A:Unfortuantely no. TailgaterZone.com represent far too many manufacturers and their inventory levels and mix change too often for us to be able to offer you a catalog.

A: We started our first eCommerce website, Picnic-Basket.com in 2005. Prior to that we developed and managed multiple informational websites for ourselves and others dating back to 1997.

Q: Do you collect sales tax? If so, how is the sales tax calculated?
A: We collect Florida State sales tax on all items purchased that have a Florida delivery address. We do not collect sales tax on the shipping fee you are charged, only the item itself.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: We offer Volume Discounts and you can sign up to be an affiliate of TailgaterZone.com.

Q: Do you work with corporate accounts?
A: TailgaterZone.com offers many items that are especially suited for corporate gifts. We also have a large selction of products that can be customized with your company information and/or company logo. We understand the importance of which the gifts will reflect your corporate image and will directly work with you to ensure you are satisfied.


Shipping Questions

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: That depends on what you ordered and where that item ships from and which shipping method you chose. Overnight, 2nd Day & 3-Day shipping options leave our warehouse within a day. Ground shipping takes 1 - 4 days to leave our warehouse. Once in route delivery takes from 1 to 6 days and depends on which part of the United States you are located in. We do email tracking numbers nightly.

Q: What are the shipping options?
A: At the time you place your order, you may also choose Overnight Shipping, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select or ground. We suggest using ground shipping, it is MUCH cheaper and it generally only takes 2 - 4 days longer.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping cost are available after you place an item in your shopping cart. You can then enter your zip code and preview your shipping options and the cost for each one. Faster delivery such as Overnight Shipping, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select.

Q: Can you ship to a different address?
A: Yes, there is an area for this on the order form.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Additional costs?
A: For international shipments, please sign up with our International Carrier, Bongo International.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your item(s) are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the UPS or Fed Ex tracking number.

Q: What carriers are available to ship my order?
A: UPS, USPS and FedEx.

Q: What shipping methods are available to ship my order?
A: We have several additional delivery options for you to choose from. Once you have placed an item in your shopping cart you are given the opportunity to view other shipping options. Simply type your zip code in the box provided and hit enter. In seconds you'll be able to find out how much your other shipping options would cost. These are live quotes and are subject to change but they will give you a very good idea of the additional shipping options and their cost.
